Creativity is bound to individuals’ ability to imagine. Innovation is bound to the autonomy to do something new. Too many rules, too many years spent to follow procedures and the mindset enabling autonomy is gone. Expecting innovation from such an organisation is non sense, even if it is filled with selected creative people.
